After spending ten years abroad (6 in London, 2 in Alicante, and 2 in Barcelona), Gilda chose to return to Italy, driven by the desire to reconnect with her roots and regain a sense of home.
During her time in the United Kingdom, she earned a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Teaching while working in a Montessori nursery. She later moved to Spain, where she continued her academic studies in Educational Sciences and Teacher Training.
With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, Gilda is not only a skilled professional but also a passionate advocate for respectful pedagogy and child-led, autonomy-based learning approaches.
A lover of animals, nature, and good food, Gilda firmly believes that the world can change through children, supporting them with care, respect, and authenticity throughout their developmental journey.
