Sustainable Holiday Season
December is the season of celebrations, but also of excess. With the theme Sustainable Holiday Season, we will learn how to enjoy the festive spirit more responsibly. Students will create decorations from recycled materials, suggest homemade gifts, and reflect on how to cut down food and packaging waste. The aim is to show that we can celebrate with joy, without exaggeration, while respecting the environment. A sustainable holiday season does not mean giving up—it means choosing with care and heart, making traditions even more meaningful.
Green Project December – Nursery
During our Christmas workshop with the parents, we made lovely ornaments for the Christmas tree using recycled lids. 🎄
Green Project December – Reception
This Christmas, Reception have been learning about sustainability by creating crafts from recycled materials and taking part in a Reverse Advent Calendar to share kindness with others.
